These Terms and Conditions govern the MOKiN Points Rewards Program (the "Program"). Program members may earn MOKiN Points ("Points") through eligible online purchases and designated online activities on the official MOKiN Store website (https://mokinglobal.com/, the "Store"). Earned Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible products available at the Store. Products purchased via physical retail stores or third-party platforms (including but not limited to Facebook resale groups, eBay, Amazon and other unauthorized third-party channels) are not eligible for Points accumulation.

I. Membership Rules

1. Free Membership
Program membership is free of charge, and no purchase is required to join. Users must complete official account registration on the MOKiN Store to qualify for membership. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the collection and usage of your personal information. The Program is invalid where prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To participate in the Program, you must register a valid Store account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Account registration is open to users aged 13 years or older who have valid internet access and a legitimate mailing address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password, restricting unauthorized account access, and keeping all account information accurate, complete and up-to-date. You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
If you access or use the Store on behalf of a third party, you warrant that you have full authorization to bind such party to these Terms and Conditions. You agree to be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized or improper use of the Store and its content under such access.

3. Program Enrollment
Simply register an official user account on the MOKiN Store to automatically enroll in the Program. During registration, you will be required to provide your email address and set a password, with an optional subscription to our official newsletter. Your enrollment is confirmed immediately upon successful account creation.

4. Member Information Management
Members shall keep personal account information updated at all times. You may log in to your account via the "My Account" portal on the Store using your registered email address and password to view, edit and update your profile information.

II. Points Earning Rules

1. General Earning Provisions
Members can earn Points only through eligible online purchases made on the official MOKiN Store while logged into their valid member account. You may verify your login status at any time via the user icon in the upper right corner of the Store webpage.

2. Standard Earning Rate
Members earn 10 Points per US$1 spent on eligible purchases (equivalent to 100 Points per US$10 spent). Points are calculated based on the order subtotal after all applicable discounts, rounded to the nearest whole number. For example, a purchase of $19.99 qualifies for 200 MOKiN Points.

3. Earning Exclusions
Points are calculated solely on the final paid price of eligible products. The following items are excluded from Points calculation and accumulation:
•Shipping fees, all federal, state and local taxes, and usage taxes;
•Discount amounts, promotional credits and existing Points redeemed for order deductions;
•Purchases of gift cards, voucher redemptions, order returns, refunds and all price adjustments;
•Orders placed before Program enrollment, or orders completed without logging into a valid member account;
•Purchases made via physical retail stores or any third-party platforms;
•Wholesale purchases and transactions made by wholesale retailers.

4. Returns and Order Cancellations
If an eligible order is returned, cancelled, refunded, or adjusted due to invalid discount codes or other reasons, all Points (including bonus Points) earned from the original transaction will be deducted from your member account. Deducted Points will not be reinstated under any circumstances. Promotional discount codes are non-reusable and non-transferable across different orders or products.

5. Bonus Points Promotions
MOKiN may launch limited-time bonus Points promotions at its sole discretion. Members can earn extra bonus Points by purchasing designated promotional products or placing orders during specified promotional periods. All bonus promotions are subject to additional offer-specific terms, which shall prevail in case of conflicts with standard rules.

6. Bonus Points Limitations
No Points (including standard and bonus Points) will be awarded for the retail value of free gifts or complimentary products included in bundled promotional orders.

III. Points Redemption Rules

1. Redemption Standard
Points can only be redeemed online on the official MOKiN Store, exclusively for discount codes to offset order amounts. The fixed redemption rate is 100 MOKiN Points = US$1. Redemptions must be processed in multiples of 100 Points with no minimum order value requirement. All redemptions are subject to real-time availability.

2. Redemption Scope and Restrictions
Currently, Points are only redeemable for Store discount codes. They cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards, physical products, free gifts, accessories or any other form of benefit. Redemption benefits may be time-limited or quantity-limited, and relevant rules may be adjusted without prior notice due to platform campaigns or new product launches.

3. Redemption Operation Process
Log in to your valid MOKiN Store account, navigate to the "Redeem MOKiN Points" page, and select available discount codes for redemption. Points will be automatically deducted from your account upon confirmation. All redeemed rewards are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-cashable and valid only while supplies last. Certain rewards may require compliance with additional independent terms and conditions specified at the time of offer.

4. Discount Code Usage Rules
•Each single order allows a maximum of one MOKiN Points discount code + one affiliate member discount code to be used in combination.
•The use of multiple Points discount codes, multiple affiliate discount codes, or additional third-party discount codes in a single order is prohibited.
•Violations of the above rules will result in order cancellation or supplementary payment requirements, with all corresponding order Points invalidated and deducted.

5. Redemption Exclusions
•One valid account per individual user only; duplicate accounts are not permitted.
•Points are non-transferable, non-mergeable across different accounts, and cannot be applied to past or ongoing transactions.
•Points cannot be retroactively used for previously completed orders.
•Unused discount codes and Points redemption privileges will be invalidated if your membership is terminated or cancelled.
•All redemption activities must be completed within the valid membership period.

6. Points Expiration
Standard MOKiN Points expire365 days after being credited to your account. MOKiN reserves the right to set earlier expiration dates for specific promotional Points at its sole discretion.

7. Irrevocable Redemption
Once Points are redeemed for discount codes, the transaction is final and cannot be revoked. Redeemed Points will not be reinstated to your account under any circumstances.

IV. General Provisions

By registering a MOKiN Store account and joining the Program, you fully agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all supporting Program rules.

MOKiN reserves the unconditional right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program, member accounts, Points accumulation rules, redemption ratios, expiration policies and all other Program-related rules at any time without prior notice, even if such changes affect previously accumulated Points.

All member Points balances and account records are subject to MOKiN’s official internal system data, which shall prevail in case of any discrepancies with user receipts or third-party displays. MOKiN shall not be liable for Points errors caused by incorrect user-submitted information.

Points selling, transferring or trading for cash or other benefits is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in Points confiscation and membership suspension or permanent termination, with all related decisions final and conclusive.

All member accounts and Points transactions are subject to MOKiN’s regular review and verification. Points may be temporarily unavailable for use during ongoing account or transaction audits.

MOKiN may terminate user membership permanently in case of Program rule abuse, fraudulent Points accumulation or redemption, or any violation of good faith usage principles. Such violations may disqualify users from participating in all future MOKiN platform activities.

Points are non-transferable, non-cashable, non-refundable and only valid for consumption on the official MOKiN Store. No Points will be awarded for off-platform purchases via third-party channels.

If a user voluntarily cancels their Store account, or membership is terminated due to rule violations, all accumulated Points will be immediately forfeited and become non-redeemable.

MOKiN will make reasonable efforts to ensure normal Points awarding for eligible registered users, but shall not be liable for Points errors caused by technical failures or unforeseen objective circumstances.
