MOKiN Affiliate Program Policy (Trial Version)

By registering via GoAffPro, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

“Affiliate Link” means the unique tracking link or code issued to you by MOKiN through GoAffPro.

“Qualified Sale” means a completed purchase by a customer who: (a) clicked your Affiliate Link or used your code; (b) completed the purchase within the tracking window specified in Section 5; (c) has not refunded, canceled, or fraudulently obtained the product; and (d) does not violate Section 4.6 (discount stacking).

“Self-Referral” means any purchase made by you, using your own Affiliate Link or code, for personal benefit. This includes purchases made by immediate family members residing at the same address, or through payment methods registered to you.

“Tracking Window” means the 60-day period commencing from the customer’s first click on your Affiliate Link. If the customer clicks multiple affiliate links during this period, attribution shall be granted to the affiliate whose link was most recently clicked prior to purchase (last-click attribution).

2. Program

MOKiN runs its affiliate program on GoAffPro. Promote MOKiN products (docking stations, hubs, chargers and power bank) with your unique link or code and earn commission on Qualified Sales.

3. Eligibility & Participation

3.1 You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering binding contracts.

3.2 We may approve or reject any application at our discretion.

3.3 Unsuitable sites are not allowed. This includes sites that promote illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, or that infringe intellectual property rights. Sites that are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interests of MOKiN are also unsuitable.

3.4 Participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by MOKiN and may be suspended or revoked at any time upon written notice to the email address associated with your account.

3.5 This Agreement applies only to websites and channels you own and manage as indicated in your registration. You may not place MOKiN Affiliate Links on unregistered sites.

4. Commission & Discount

4.1 Affiliate commission: 15% of the qualifying sale value (excluding shipping, taxes, and duties, and excluding gift card purchases).

4.2 Referred customer discount: 8% — valid only on orders with a subtotal of $30 or more.

4.3 Qualified Sales. A sale qualifies for commission only when all of the following are met: (a) the customer clicked your Affiliate Link or used your code; (b) the purchase was completed within the tracking window in Section 5; (c) the order has not been refunded, canceled, or fraudulently obtained; and (d) the order does not violate Section 4.6 (discount stacking).

4.4 Self-referrals are prohibited. This means any purchase made by you, using your own Affiliate Link or code, for personal benefit, including purchases by immediate family members or through payment methods registered to you. Violation may result in commission reversal and account termination.

4.5 In cases where a single order is attributed to multiple affiliates or affiliate platforms, MOKiN’s attribution system (GoAffPro) shall determine the valid attribution. MOKiN shall notify the affected affiliate(s) within 7 business days of identifying an attribution dispute. During the dispute period, commissions shall be withheld but not reversed. MOKiN shall resolve the dispute within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, the commission shall be released to the affiliate whose link was last clicked prior to purchase, unless MOKiN provides written evidence of fraud or violation.

4.6 Regarding discount code stacking: Customers may only combine one affiliate discount code and one points discount code per order. Using additional discount codes is a violation of this rule. MOKiN will contact the customer to request payment of the discounted amount or cancel the order. Orders violating this provision will not qualify for affiliate commission payout.

5. Cookie Duration

60 days from the initial click, as defined in Section 1. If the customer’s tracking cookie is deleted or the customer uses privacy-focused browsing, the sale will be attributed based on the affiliate code used at checkout, if any, or shall be deemed non-attributable.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Eligibility. Each order must meet all of the following:

  • Order status is “Delivered.”

  • The 30-day return window has completed (delivery date = Day 1; window closes at the start of Day 31).

  • Minimum payout threshold: $15 (calculated based on approved commissions only, excluding pending or disputed amounts).

Example: Delivered May 10 → return window ends June 9 → commission included in the June 15 payout.

6.2 Schedule. Commissions are processed monthly between the 15th and 18th. If the payout date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is postponed by 2 business days. 

6.3 Method. Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer. You must provide a valid PayPal or bank account. MOKiN is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect account information, PayPal restrictions, or frozen accounts. 

6.4 Reversals. Commissions may be reversed if an order is refunded, returned, charged back, fraudulent, attributed to multiple affiliate platforms based on UTM parameters, or in violation of this Agreement. 

7. Promotion Rules

7.1 Allowed: Blogs, social media, email newsletters (with consent), approved coupon/deal sites, comparison platforms.

7.2 Prohibited. The following are not allowed:

  • Bidding on brand terms: Bidding on “MOKiN,” “MOKiN.com,” or any misspellings or variations thereof (e.g., “Mokin,” “MOKiN official,” “MOKiN store,” “MOKiN coupon”) on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid search platform. You must add these terms, including common misspellings and variations, as negative keywords in all PPC campaigns. Non-brand terms (e.g., “best docking station,” “USB-C hub review”) are not restricted under this Section, provided the landing page directs to your own content or property and not directly to MOKiN’s website.

  • Using affiliate links as the final URL in paid search or paid social advertising (Direct Linking). Affiliates may use affiliate links in email marketing, content marketing, and organic social media posts, provided the traffic passes through the affiliate’s own content or property before reaching MOKiN’s website.

  • Registering domains containing “MOKiN” or similar terms, including subdomains on your own domain. Use of domains or subdomains containing “MOKiN” requires prior written authorization from MOKiN.

  • False Links: Manipulating Affiliate Links in deceptive ways.

  • Purchase Simulation: Creating pop-ups, scripts, or browser extensions that imitate or intercept real purchases.

  • Hidden Links / Cookie Stuffing: Concealing Affiliate Links under other content or dropping cookies without a genuine user click.

  • Impersonation: Creating domains, pages, or social profiles that mimic MOKiN’s official presence, or misrepresenting yourself as an official MOKiN representative.

  • Spam: Unsolicited commercial email, non-commercial newsgroup postings, or cross-posting.

  • Site-under, Pop-under, and Adware: Advertising methods that interfere with the user experience or operate without clear consent.

7.3 Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “#ad,” “#sponsored,” “I may earn a commission from links in this post”) in the first two lines of any social media post or above the fold on any webpage, per FTC guidelines and applicable law. MOKiN shall conduct quarterly compliance reviews. Failure to disclose shall result in immediate suspension of the affiliate account pending corrective action. Repeated failure (3 or more instances within any 12-month period) shall result in termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

7.4 Violation Consequences. Violation of Section 7 may result in immediate commission forfeiture for all orders associated with the violating campaign, and repeated violations may lead to account termination and reporting to the applicable advertising platform.

8. Brand Usage

8.1 You may use MOKiN’s approved logos, product images, and promotional materials solely to promote the Program.

8.2 You may not alter these materials, imply official partnership beyond the affiliate relationship, or use them in unlawful or misleading content. You may not use MOKiN’s brand assets in AI-generated content without prior written approval.

8.3 You may not register or use any domain, subdomain, social media handle, or account name that contains “MOKiN” or any confusingly similar variation, unless expressly authorized in writing by MOKiN.

8.4 All intellectual property rights remain with MOKiN.

9. Affiliate Obligations

You agree to:

  • Keep your registered site(s) and contact information current. MOKiN is not responsible for missed communications due to outdated information.

  • Promptly remove or correct any Affiliate Link or promotional material upon MOKiN’s request.

  • Cooperate with any compliance review initiated by MOKiN or its platform partner (GoAffPro).

  • Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection (GDPR, CCPA), consumer protection, and advertising standards.

  • Represent and warrant that your promotional content and methods comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements, and that you will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that MOKiN relies on this representation in accepting your participation.

10. Independent Contractor

You and MOKiN are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship. You have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on MOKiN’s behalf.

11. Confidentiality

You may receive access to non-public information through GoAffPro, including commission data, conversion rates, customer geographic data, and this Agreement’s terms. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination.

12. Termination

12.1 MOKiN may terminate this Agreement immediately for fraud, illegal activity, or material breach of Sections 4.4 (Self-Referral), 4.6 (Discount Stacking), or 7.2 (Prohibited Promotion Methods). 

12.2 Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all Affiliate Links and MOKiN materials, and remove them from your site(s) and channels. Commissions earned on Qualified Sales completed prior to the effective date of termination shall be paid in accordance with Section 6, provided that no violation of Section 4.4, 4.6, or 7.2 has occurred.

13. Liability & Disclaimers

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOKiN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including lost profits or revenue) arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Program.

13.2 The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MOKiN makes no warranties regarding the GoAffPro platform, which is operated by a third party.

14. Modifications

MOKiN may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on the GoAffPro platform or MOKiN’s website.
