A: Not all laptops support 4K@60Hz output. Please check whether your laptop model is capable of 4K@60Hz video transmission. You can refer to the list of compatible devices that MOKiN has tested above. For further confirmation, feel free to contact us.
A: 1. Please install the driver first.
2. On Mac devices, add this adapter in Network settings: go to "System Preferences" → "Network", select the network card named “AX88179USB3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet,” and click "Create".
A: When using the hub with phones or tablets, insert the SD/microSD card first, and then connect the hub to the device.
A: It is recommended to connect an 87W or higher PD charger to trigger the 30W Turbo Mode.
