Hi, I have an Acer Aspire A315-44P-R7GS. I get video output when using a basic hub, but with the Mokin MOUC0553, I don't get any video via HDMI. The other functions work—for instance, I can transfer files between the laptop and a USB drive, and the keyboard and mouse work—but there is no video signal. I tested it on another laptop (a Lenovo V15 G3IAP), and it worked fine there. I’m wondering if there is a setting, driver, or something else I could adjust on the Acer, as I believe it ought to work.
