Display output from HDMI or DisplayPort not working through Thunderbolt 3 (Macbook Pro 16" 2019)

Is there any way I could use/update to enable the feature?

Having a one Cable solution is amazing

    Best regards

  • Hi,

Thank you for taking time to contact us. No worries, we will help you solve it asap.
To better sort out your issue, could you please try to do as below?
    1. Please check if you have pressed the switch button while using it.
    2. Make sure you have plugged the USB-C cable into the host port.
    3. Verify if the usb-c cable you are using is working properly.
    4. Try using different HDMI or DisplayPort cables to ensure that the cables are not damaged or improperly connected.
    5. Please test the docking station with other devices (laptop, tablet, or phone) that support video output to check if it works well.
    6. Please try to update the laptop's driver.
    7. Please don't use any secondary transfer like HDMI to VGA adapter/USBC to USB adapter.

If the issue still remains after trying to do as above, please feel free to contact us.

    Have a nice day ahead,

  • Noted that USB C from Apple are only Rated for USB 3.1 10Gbps (USB C)

So you will need a Thunderbolt 3 or Tunderbolt 4 branded

As soon as you use a USB C 4 or Thunderbolt 3 Cable you can Extend one monitor per input, haven't be able to extend 2 monitors with one cable.
