First confirm whether the laptop's C-port supports video output, if it does not, it means our product is not compatible with your laptop. If the video output is supported, then confirm whether your laptop can recognize the EDID.
- If the EDID is recognized and the monitor is still not detected, then there may be a compatibility issue (please write to us privately about the product, computer, and monitor model).
- If the EDID is not recognized, this means that communication between the computer and the monitor does not yet exist, try connecting the computer directly with the monitor to make sure there are no problems with the monitor.
- If the EDID is not recognized but the monitor is connected directly to the computer without problems, it may be a product problem, please contact customer service for a return or exchange.
