I have 2 computers.
In one (stationary) the adapter works without a problem.
On the second computer (laptop) it works unstable... sometimes disconnects in the middle of use if I connect an AUX audio source or headphones with USB to it, hardly works at all and freezes...
I understand that it's drivers but MOKiN support doesn't really help me and I'm a bit stuck

Please provide the information and try to do that as follows:
1. Provide your laptop model and confirm the product model again (the product model you provided does not match the product on the link).
2. Update Drivers: Ensure that the USB controller and audio drivers on your laptop are up to date. You can check and update the relevant drivers through Device Manager.
Open Device Manager (right-click on "This PC" > "Manage" > "Device Manager").
Check if there are any yellow exclamation marks or question marks under "Universal Serial Bus controllers" and "Sound, video, and game controllers."
If there are, right-click on the device and select "Update driver."
Uninstall and Reinstall Drivers: If the issue persists after updating, try uninstalling the related drivers, then restart your laptop. The system will automatically reinstall the drivers.

Everything was fine but regardless I tried to remove and reinstall drivers.
In addition I have another problem
I have 3 screens:
1. The laptop's resolution is 3456x2160
2. External screen 3440x1440
3. Additional screen 1920x1080
When I connect all three I can only choose 1920x1080 settings for the second screen, but if only it is connected (if I just disconnect the third) it works fine on 3440x1440.

1. Could you please provide a detailed picture of the model number and SN number on the back of the docking station. So we will know in more detail what is happening about your problem and help you solve the problem better.
