Data Transfer Issues for USB-A/USB-C Ports


  • If you connect a device to the USB-A/USB-C data port but your laptop cannot recognize it or you cannot transfer data between the device and your laptop, the issue may lie with the connected laptop, USB-A/USB-C devices, or with the hub itself. Try the following troubleshooting steps.

    ◆ Firstly, if you have a Windows laptop, update the USB driver, or if you have a MacBook, update your operating system to the latest version to see if the problem persists. 

    ◆ Try the device with a different laptop to determine if the issue persists.

    ◆ If the first tip does not resolve the issue, confirm whether the device works normally without the hub, and try a different USB-A/USB-C device to determine whether it works normally when connected to the hub.

    ◆ Finally, confirm if the hub's LED light is on when it's connected to a laptop, and try using a different hub to see whether the problem persists.
