How to solve the HDMI not working / HDMI stops working after a period of use?

  • If the HDMI is not working, you can try to do as follows:

① Test the product on another USB-C device. If it supports video output, test it with a monitor, mouse, and keyboard. If it does not support video output, test it with just the mouse and keyboard to see if they work.

② Ensure that you are using an HDMI-to-HDMI cable connection.

③ After connecting the hub to a PD charger, check if the computer shows it is charging.

④ Unplug other devices from the hub, connect a single monitor to the non-working HDMI port, open the display settings on the computer, and check if the monitor is recognized. If the monitor is recognized, update the graphics card driver and software. If the monitor is not recognized, consider the possibility of a faulty port and also check the graphics card driver.

⑤ Provide the processor information and graphics card driver version of your computer. (Press Win+X, select System to get the processor information; right-click "This PC" on the desktop, select Manage, click Device Manager, open "Display Adapters," right-click the graphics card, select Properties, and then click Driver to see the driver version.)
