Handling steps for no network condition under Windows system
Step 1: Tips for checking whether the products on different systems are abnormal;
Step 2: Check the abnormal points in order, first confirm whether the product is working normally;
If a wired network is detected in the network setting column, it means that the computer has detected the product network port, and the network signal has been communicated;
On the contrary, if the computer does not detect the wired network no matter how the product is plugged and unplugged, it is necessary to confirm whether the network provided by the network cable is abnormal, such as: the network cable is loose and cannot be tightly fastened to the product, the network cable is broken, or the network cable itself has no network, etc. (You can directly plug into a computer with a network port to rule out whether the network cable is abnormal).
Step 3: If the product is working normally, you need to confirm whether the IP address and MAC address acquisition method settings are abnormal;
If the fixed IP address and MAC address are set, it will conflict with the built-in MAC address of the product, which may result in the phenomenon of being unable to access the Internet. In this case, change the acquisition method of IP address and MAC address to the automatic acquisition method (if it is a company office, the IP address has been allocated and the Internet cannot be accessed, you need to contact the network administrator for processing).
Step 4: Confirm whether the computer cannot access the Internet because of the lack of the computer's USB drive or network drive.
Windows computer in my device manager, check the driver status, the picture shows that the USB network driver is normal.
Other considerations:
①If it can be read on the computer, but cannot be read by devices such as IPAD Pro, it is also necessary to back up the data and format the hard disk into a general format such as EXFAT before it can be used normally.
②NTFS format is more suitable for windows computer. If you want to be compatible with more devices at the same time, please format it into EXFAT format when formatting.

There are three places to check the network connection and its working status:
1. On the USB serial bus in Figure 1, under USB3.1/3.0Hub, there is a 1000M network under normal conditions, which proves that the network signal is normal and there is no hardware problem;
2. In Figure 2, there is a green USB 1000M network connection prompt, which can also prove that the network communication is normal (but it is impossible to confirm whether there is a speed drop, and you need to go to Figure 3 to verify);
If the position of the green point is gray, it means that the network communication is not smooth and there is an abnormality (more likely to be a hardware problem); if it is green or yellow, it is very likely that the MAC address has been burned, and you need to click on the interface in Figure 3 to confirm;
3. In Figure 3, if the MAC Address is displayed as 00-00-00-00-00-00, it means that the MAC has not been burned, and the MAC address needs to be burned before the product can be used normally; if the Speed is displayed as 100baseT, then Is the product network slow down. If the picture is 1000baseT, it proves that the product is a normal 1000M network.
