I have a Mokin MDK1402 S/N 2319 and it worked with my PC laptop from work as well as my 2023 14" MacbookPro. This morning none of the video ports will work but USB does. Can you provide a warranty replacement? I purchased this unit last Sept/Oct timeframe. Thanks!

① Please confirm that the current inability to work is compared with the previous normal working situation, and whether the environment has changed, such as replacing the computer, upgrading the system, replacing cables, monitors, etc;
② Could you connect the docking station with laptop and provide complete videos or photos?
③ Open the display settings and see if the external monitor is recognized;
④ Use another mobile phone, tablet or computer that supports video output to test again to find out whether it is the computer or the product;Looking forward to your reply!
