I've received this device, but cannot locate a driver download on your website.
I have connected it to my Surface Pro 7 - it recognises and display data on a monitor connected to HDMI, but fails connect to a second (HDMI connected) monitor or my wireless USB-A adaptor (keyboard+mouse) and webcam, both connected to the rear USB 2.0 ports.

Regarding your question, are you connecting to host1?
①Connect to host1, Only HDMI1 can be used and other ports cannot be used;
②Connect to host2, you can use all ports;
