Why does the network cut out after 5-10 minutes of use?


  • When your network cut out, you can check from the below steps:

    ① Test if there is a problem when only connecting the network cable.

    ② Cross-test. Try to connect the docking station to another device that has an ethernet port.

    ③ If the device is OK, check if the Type-C port is loose or if the product works flat on the desktop.

    ④ Please try again after updating the network drive.
