To avoid external reasons:
① Please make sure that you inserted the card completely.
② Reinsert the SD card and check that the surface chip is not smudged and that the metal areas are not dull or spotted. You can gently wipe off the stain with cotton dipped in a small amount of alcohol and wait for it to dry before re-inserting.
If the SD card works when inserted directly into your laptop but not when inserted into the docking station, please contact us for a return.
@MOKiN Global hi, my docking station is having this issue, it doesn't seem to read my sd card (wich i already tried to put directly into the laptop and it did work as normal) or my usb c hard drive, but i do have an external monitor and it seems like it is the only thing it can read.

For the problem you encounter, please check as below.
1. Please provide your laptop model and docking station model.
2. Find another mobile phone, tablet or computer with type-c interface, insert it into our hub, and then insert the memory card to see if it can be read? Or insert another SD card to see if it can be read
(pay attention to the correct insertion method .For example, is the upward or downward direction correct.)
3. Whether format the hard drive first.
