Why are wireless mouse and wireless keyboards delayed when plugged into the USB-A port?

  • USB3.0 and wireless devices have similar frequencies; they may interfere with each other when used together, which may cause the signal of the mouse and keyboard instability.

This interference can come from the USB signal or the 2.4G WiFi network signal from the laptop's internal network card. Because most wireless mice work in the 2.4G band, it is easy to clash with the WiFi network and USB signals in the 2.4G band. This phenomenon can occur with different brands and models of docking stations. According to some users' feedback, they are more likely to encounter this problem when using Logitech mice.

So if your mouse and keyboard are wireless, we recommend you directly use USB2.0 to connect.
