① Check if the laptop power adapter supports PD protocol.
② The power adapter of the laptop is too low, it is recommended to use a higher power adapter: a portion of the power will be deducted when the product is used.
PS.: Generally, a 60W power adapter will deduct 5W of power and a 100W power adapter will deduct 12-15W of power. If the original power adapter is under 60W, it will be underpowered.
