Problem with monitor resolution when 2 monitors connect to the USB hub 6

  i have a USB hub 6 model MOUC0412 (2 x hdmi, USB 3.2, 2 x usb 2.0,  usb-c)

  i connect it to Dell Laptop (Latitude 5420)

  I have 2 monitors 1er: LG 32 inch 2560x1440 and 2e HP 1920x1200, i need extended screen

  If i connect these 2 monitors to the hub, the resolution of the LG is ok at 2560x1440 but the max resolution for the HP is 1920x1080 (he native resolution for the HP is 1920x1200)

  If i connect one monitor to the hub and 1 direct on laptop, all is ok...

  i try the 2 options, LG on laptop, HP on hub and HP on laptop, LG on HUB... all is ok with native resolution for the 2 monitors (it prove that the laptop and the hub can support 1920x1200)

  Why it is not workin when the 2 monitors are connect to the hdmi of the hub ? in the spec of the hub it support to support 2 x 4k...

  i had good communication with support via amazon in the begening,  i download and i try the CRU utility without success... i wait info from support...
