MOUC0517 cannot recognize second screen

  • Hello I bought a MOkin MOUC0517 in order to have 2 external screens on my macbook air M3 2024. I have connected the hub to my mcbook air. I have then connected screen 1 Samsung Odissey G95C using an HDMI/HDMI cable to the hub. Then I connected screen 2 Samsung model U32R590CWU using DP/DP cable to the DP port of the HUb. On my mcbook air I can see only the internal display and the screen1. while screen2 display a miror of screen 1 but does not show as a display on the system setting / display window. It does the same when connecting screen2 using HDMI/HDMI to teh Hub HDMI port. I change the cables but no success. I change screen2 with another screen but same thing too. I saw that maybe MOUC0517 driver and firmware could help but could not find on your website download section. Can you please help me to have the 3 screens recognised on the system settings/diplays window. Many thanks for your help

  • forgot to mention my mcbook air is running MAC OS Sequoia 15.4, so latest update

Hi, the macOS does not support triple display, it only support mirror mode and non-mirror mode. Non-mirror mode means that the three external monitors are same but different from laptop.
