Hi everyone,
I’ve been using a USB-C docking station with my iPad Pro & I’ve noticed that the device gets noticeably warm after extended use, especially when charging and using peripherals simultaneously (like an external SSD and HDMI output).☺️
While some heat is expected, I’m wondering if prolonged use at higher temperatures could affect battery health or performance throttling on the iPad.🤔
I’ve tried different power adapters and cables, but the issue persists. Is this a known limitation of USB-C hubs drawing power and data at the same time? Should I be concerned about long-term Snowflake Course effects on battery life / device longevity? 🤔 I’d love to hear if others have experienced this and if there are any best practices to minimize overheating.
Thank you !!☺️
