Wireless keyboards and mice may lag, disconnect, or fail to work when connected to a docking station's USB port.
This could be due to 2.4 GHz ISM band radio frequency interference. To resolve, use a USB extension cable between the receiver and dock instead of plugging the receiver directly into the dock's USB port. Many wireless mouse manufacturers, like Logitech, include a USB extender cable to avoid such interference.
If your Bluetooth keyboard and mouse disconnect frequently or lag when connected directly to your computer, or if your Wi-Fi network is unstable, consider moving your dock farther from your computer, keyboard, and mouse. A distance of 1–1.5 feet can help reduce interference.
Logitech has shared an article to resolve the wireless interference, please visit ๐ https://support.logi.com/hc/en-ca/articles/360023414273-Wireless-product-not-working-properly-when-also-using-a-USB-3-0-device
