Issues with USB-C Port


  • Hi everyone,

    I am facing  some issues with my USB-C [Moki Global USB-C Hub] from Moki Global and need  some advice.๐Ÿ™ƒ

    I  noticed that the USB-C port on my Moki Global USB-C Hub is not charging my laptop properly. This problem started about a week ago; and the charging seems inconsistent with frequent drops in power.

     Has anyone experienced similar issues with their USB-C devices? If so; what solutions or fixes worked for you?

    What are some effective troubleshooting techniques for resolving USB-C connectivity problems? Are there any specific steps I should follow ; common fixes that might improve the performance of the USB-C port? I have checked https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fix-usb-c-problems-in-windows-f4e0e529-74f5-cdae-3194-43743f30eed2-splunk documentation guide but still need help.

    I would greatly appreciate any recommendations you can provide!
