I have mokin docking station. I connect two monitors, and a webcam to my laptop via the station. It used to work perfectly, but all of a sudden it works only for charging. It does not connect monitors and webcam to my laptop. I need help regarding this, and solve the proble.

1)Please provide the product model and laptop model;
2)Please provide product order time；
3)Is the usage environment changed?
4)Please find other mobile phones, tablets or computers that support video output to test whether the hub works morally.

1. Laptop model is HP Elitebook 840, and product model is MOUC0412.
2. I ordered it last month, and have been using since then.
3. There is no change in the environment.
4. I have checked with another laptop, but it worked for that one. So, it seems there is something laptop-specific.

If the product can be used normally on another computer after testing, please check whether the monitor is recognized in the settings, and consider upgrading the program and graphics card driver. For the camera, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.

I purchased a MOKIN MODK0705 Docking Station, serial number H52AA050149, which doesn't work with the Beelink EQR6 6900HX micro PC, AMD Ryzen 9 6900hx, Windows 11 Pro, Version 24H2. I tested it on a DELL INSPIRON P132F laptop and it worked perfectly.
Is the MOKIN MODK0705 Docking Station compatible with the Beelink EQR6 6900HX PC?
Do I need to install any drivers?
Please provide instructions on how to use the product.
Important addition: I currently use the DELL D6000 Docking Station on the same PC (Beelink EQR6 6900HX) without any difficulty in connecting two monitors and other peripherals. My intention is to replace the DELL Docking Station with the MOKIN one.
