How to extend the screen of a MacBook Pro 2020 with a docking station DK0104

  I have a MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020 macOS 14.5 (23F79) and I bought a docking station DK0104 but I can't get 3 screens A, B, and C to work, I can only have A and B, C stays off. How can I extend to all three screens?

  Hi guillermo albornoz,

  To pinpoint the problem quickly, please confirm and try to do the following test.

  1) Do you use the data cable that comes with our product? (Note: It needs to use the product cable to be normal use and If you are using a single C line, please use the HOST 2 port so that the other ports can work properly )

  2) Our product itself needs power consumption, please charge it when you use it.

  3) Try to simply connect HOST1 + HOST2 ports to your laptop, and check can achieve triple display or not;

  4) After connecting to the product, take a photo of the overall connection diagram and open the display settings of the laptop to check whether the monitors can be recognized.
