If HDMI fails on Mokin MOUC1801, would another Mokin adapter work better?

  • The HDMI port on my Mokin MOUC1801 was working just fine on the monitor I was previously using, but when I switched to an HP Z27X monitor, the Mokin won't pass HDMI at all.

    Other USB-C hubs in the house have no problem with the Z27x, using the same laptop and the same cable. So the problem is definitely isolated to the Mokin MOUC1801.

    I want to continue using Mokin because your adaptors have that handy pass-through power feature.

    Do you possibly sell another adapter with better HDMI support?

  • Hi @L.A. Heberlein

    To better solve your problem, please try to do that :

    After UC1801 is connected to the monitor, please confirm whether it can be recognized in the display settings. If it can be recognized and the signal source is correct, but the monitor does not display, the solution is as follows:
    ① Upgrade the graphics card driver;
    ② Provide product SN;

    And we recommend you to consider these products: MOUC0203 and MOUC0501

    Looking forward to your reply!

    Best regards
